Our team of experienced counselors are dedicated to helping you overcome the challenges that are holding you back, and guiding you towards a brighter future. Tracie Gillispie LPC-S, NCC Clinical Director/ Owner

Working in the counseling field for almost 25 years, top priority is to help you feel comfortable in a non judgmental atmosphere. You are the most important person in the room and my job is to help you find the best version of yourself. We will explore your goals, your needs, and how you can meet them.

I am a very compassionate counselor that has a lot of experience working with clients that have high levels of anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am a National Certified Counselor therefore you know that I am experienced in my field as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Knowing you are important and have purpose I am here for you. I want to help you find what you need. All of the answers are inside of you. I simply guide, direct, and help you see that no matter where you are in life; you can move forward, and don’t have to stay stuck.

When I am not in the counseling role, I enjoy crafting and being outdoors.

Paula Phelps Office Manager CMI

Mental health is a very strong tool for anyone that has had any trauma or loss. I really didn’t think much about mental health till I started working here 6 years ago. I was raised that you worked out your problems on your own. But after working here for a very short time, I learned that mental health is very important to your health and your self peace.

I love my job because I get to see people really turn a corner in their lives after receiving services.

I’m an animal lover, especially my dogs and cats. I have fostered dogs and cats when I have the opportunity.

I enjoy helping people and meeting new people.

Albert Standridge Office Admin CMI

Hello, my name is Albert and I am an Admin Assistant/Case Manager for Gillispie Counseling Services. I have only been in the Mental Health field for a few years, but I have fallen in love with everything this field has to offer. It is so encouraging and refreshing to see the transformation from hopelessness to hope. In a world full of stress, depression, and unrealistic expectations, I want to be a beacon of hope and assist others in being the best they can be. In my free time, I am relaxing with family, active in church, or making and listening to music. "If there is life, there is hope."-Stephen Hawking

Quinton Templer LMSW

With over 15 years of experience in behavioral health, my journey in mental health began as a representative for the Department of Mental Health in Stephens County, Oklahoma. That foundation sparked my lifelong passion for providing evidence-based behavioral health services and championing the needs of rural families.

Today, as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), I continue that mission as a therapist at Gillispie Counseling in Duncan, Oklahoma. In this clinical role, I offer compassionate, community-based mental health services tailored to the unique challenges of rural life. I meet clients and families where they are, collaborating with them to set and achieve personalized goals that foster resilience and well-being.

My therapeutic approach combines empathy, proven practices, and a deep appreciation for the strengths and struggles of rural Oklahoma communities. I am committed to empowering individuals and families to create lasting positive change.

When not supporting clients, I find joy in writing, creating art, playing games, and storytelling.

James “Jimmy” Clare LMFT

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT OK #1213), Board Approved Licensing Supervisor, and Registered Play Therapist trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment-based therapeutic approaches. I work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan, supporting clients as they navigate trauma, relational challenges, life transitions, and emotional distress.

My work is grounded in a humanistic perspective that honors each person’s inherent worth, resilience, and capacity for growth. I believe people are not defined by their pain or past experiences, but by their ability to heal when provided with a safe, affirming, and collaborative therapeutic environment. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to move toward meaningful change at their own pace.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with family, hiking and being outdoors, and slowing down to enjoy a good cup of coffee.

Kelli Brallier, LMSW

Kelli Brallier, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker who earned both her Bachelor and Master of Social Work degrees from Northeastern State University, completing her master’s in 2023. Kelli has pursued specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Making Sense of Your Worth, the Alcohol Severity Index (ASI), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Adoption Competency, and various play therapy modalities. She draws on these evidence-based approaches to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs.

Working with clients across the lifespan, Kelli equips individuals and families with practical tools, healthy coping skills, and effective parenting strategies to strengthen relationships and improve family functioning. She finds deep fulfillment in accompanying clients on their healing journeys, celebrating their progress, and helping them uncover the strengths they already carry. She also facilitates therapeutic groups centered on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and fostering self-worth.

Outside the office, Kelli treasures time with her family, especially cheering on her children at their extracurricular activities. She enjoys a good cup of coffee (or a Dr Pepper) and unwinding with episodes of Friends.
